Martin Service LLC (MS) is a General Contractor in NC specializing in Construction, Remodeling, and Facility Maintenance Services.

It is our goal that the customers understand we are a Professional, less risky, service oriented company offering a high level of know-how, contacts, and superior quality. 

MS makes a profit and generates cash, provides a rewarding work environment and fair compensation to its employees, a fair return to its owners; while providing value and quality assurance to the customer.

Introduction

MSC offers a competitive, customer oriented, service; specializing in total package delivery of clients' construction, remodeling, and building/ facility maintenance needs.

Founded in 1997, Martin Service Company places high priority on quality, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction and productivity.

We control expenses closely by using our own employee labor to do projects instead of relying on subcontractor labor.  Subcontractors must mark up their services for overhead and profit and we, as the general contractor must mark- up their services again to compensate for our own overhead and profit-- we simply cut-out the middle man and pass savings on to our customers.

Even in situations where we have to use specialized contract labor we negotiate aggressively for our customers. Some examples are trades which have state regulated licensing requirements and highly specialized skills such as elevator maintenance and refrigeration systems.

Martin Service Company promotes a professional image; everything the customers sees is interpreted as a more professional, more reliable, quality conscious (and reasonably more expensive) contractor.

Services Offered

Martin Service Company performs a wide range of services, and this tactic provides a wide dependable base for cash flow. All services are Commercial and Residential.

Remodeling-- includes large additions, siding, and decks, paint in and out, patio enclosures, sunrooms, kitchen and baths and more. Some of our decks have crested $35,000! Some additions have been up to $700,000 and some of our remodel jobs have been over $1 million! Also included in this category is Historical Restoration our latest was a commercial project $3.4 million.

Construction-Residential services include custom homes built from various architects plans and Southland Log Homes. We can now offer a limited design build service through our website. Some our new homes are over $1 million and the largest in our experience was $4.2 million.  Commercial Services included: restaurant, multi-family duplex and triplex, corporate office building, and two residential sub-divisions experience.

Facility/Building Maintenance-Residential repairs of homes includes gutter repairs, leaky roofs, installing fixtures, installing medicine cabinets and alterations for aging in place programs, handicap ramps, safety bars in bathrooms, closet remodels, paint  etc.  Commercial clients should see our services page on the commercial tab some services include: office upfit for tenant needs, fresh paint and drywall repairs, trim repairs, fix commercial doors and closers, window repair,
